What is the tool?
The Climate AGM Tool has been designed to support the nonprofit and philanthropic communities working to accelerate corporate climate action through voting at Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
This beta version includes 24 databases, covering corporate disclosure, analysis, commitments and resolutions, across approximately 4,000 companies. Alongside this data, the tool shows the timings of the companies’ AGMs, to inform their stakeholders, and better integrate climate considerations into their voting decisions.
To keep the tool up to date, we refine its features and update the data on a continuous cycle. This process is especially active during the AGM season.
