With over a decade of experience in building strategic partnerships and securing multi-million-pound funding for human rights and environmental initiatives, Tahsin serves as ClimateArc’s Strategic Partnerships Manager. She leads efforts to foster collaboration with key stakeholders across the climate ecosystem, to drive impactful action to accelerate climate solutions.

Nora ensures Arc and the global Hubs are set up to run smoothly. She has worked in both non- and for-profit sectors including finance, social impact and climate and mostly recently helped launch the Race to Resilience.

Hasaanah is Arc’s Financial Institutions Lead, responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage financial institutions. With 10 years of experience spanning investment banking and sustainable finance, Hasaanah joins Arc from Boston Consulting Group, bringing deep expertise at the intersection of finance, sustainability, and strategy.

Vi supports the development of Arc’s Knowledge Centre, curating and developing materials for stakeholders to make climate-aligned financing decisions. Before her Master's in climate change science and policy, she was an activist, empowering young people to take climate action.

Audrey has worked in the non-profit sector in the fields of gender, human rights and sustainability. Her experience lies in fundraising and communications to drive forward company messaging.

Honore helps the Arc team with its operational and administrative needs. She has worked in executive search within asset management, and before her studies, she held roles in the charity sector in Nepal.

Max works on our data platform as a member of our Research team. He has a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and has worked on automation processes in the recruitment sector.

Emma helps to drive research and analysis to optimize the efficiency of Arc’s operations. Her previous experience spans program operations and partnerships at social impact organizations including Amnesty International and Open Society Foundations.

At Climate Arc, Martins manages and optimizes backend infrastructure, ensuring seamless deployment and operation of cloud-based applications. Before joining Arc, he gained extensive experience in DevOps and backend development, working on automation, cloud infrastructure, and large-scale distributed systems.

Harry focuses on change and internal projects at Arc. He has a background in consulting, supporting businesses achieve their strategic objectives and enhance operational efficiencies.

Ben works in our research team. He has an Integrated Masters Degree in Computer Science tailored towards data and finance and is trained in data engineering.

At Climate Arc Lauren is responsible for the people processes including payroll and managing onboarding. Previous to this Lauren worked at CBI in a similar role looking after the people of the organisation.  She is currently studying towards her Level 7 CIPD HR Diploma.

Owen is responsible for building and delivering Arc’s Research and Program activities, as well as forging key internal and external partnerships. Previously he was Assistant Director of Chatham House’s Environment and Society Centre.

Mark is responsible for cloud infrastructure, build and deployment pipelines and building an API for third parties. He has worked in the computer games and railway industries as a backend Java developer and more recently as a cloud infrastructure/DevOps Engineer.

Emily works in Arc's research team helping to map the climate finance ecosystem. She has previously worked in corporate sustainability in the consumer goods sector and has additional experience in finance.

Rachel works in Arc's Research Team and holds a PhD in atmospheric modelling and climate science. She previously worked with asset managers to integrate climate considerations into their investment strategies.

Stephanie supports Arc's People & Culture programs and is passionate about improving the employee experience. She is an HR generalist with a background in People Operations, largely in the tech industry.

Julie supports the team with their administrative needs. She has spent a large part of her career in the financial industry.

Arun works on our data program in our Research team. He has a Master’s degree in Physics and Astronomy, and completed an intensive training course in software and data engineering.

Sara provides administrative support to the Director of Research & Program, Felix Preston. She has 18 years’ experience working as a senior EA in various sectors, including management consultancy and FinTech.
