Our vision is a world in which money flows into every sector and region to meet global climate goals. Creating financial incentives for corporate climate action – or penalties for lack of action – is our ultimate goal.
As we looked back at the achievements and challenges of our first year, we gathered the highlights of 2023 and mapped out how we’ll continue to create impact with our strategy in 2024.
From building the foundations of our climate transition analytics platform to preparing the launch of our first research hub in Brazil, it has been wonderful to take a breath and reflect on all we have achieved.
Thank you
We are acutely aware that we cannot achieve our vision alone. This year, we have engaged with over 50 financial institutions (FIs) to understand their needs and potential solutions. We also worked closely with our philanthropic partners, NGOs, and commercial entities to tackle the climate challenge in the spheres of policy, regulation, and accountability.
These relationships continuously help shape our work and, as we say in the report, we couldn’t have done it without them. It’s been an absolute pleasure to have strengthened and forged new partnerships this year right across the ecosystem.
Thank you to everyone who has shared their expertise with us this year, particularly our Advisory Council and funders for supporting us and investing in our common vision.

In partnership with Instituto Clima e Sociedade, we held a workshop in São Paulo, Brazil to explore the needs and ideas of the climate finance community. We will be launching our first research hub there in 2024.
In partnership with Chatham House we hosted a conversation at London Climate Week to explore how we can harness artificial intelligence to accelerate the climate transition through better and sharper analysis.
At Climate Week New York we brought together the climate community to explore how we can build a system for accountability.
Also at Climate Week New York: in partnership with the Patrick J McGovern Foundation, we convened a discussion with experts, practitioners, and funders to explore how Artificial Intelligence can help us understand corporate transition performance.
