Kaye is responsible for all things that traditionally fall under the HR umbrella. Kaye’s background spans HR, operations and program management with 15 years’ experience in NGOs including the last six of those in the climate finance space.

Marta has 25 years’ experience on the sustainability and inclusiveness agenda. She’s held leadership positions at UN agencies and leading philanthropic organizations, and has a strong track record in partnering with governments and large corporations, to create innovative public-private partnerships in climate, food systems, global health, and social inclusion.

Meryam has over 16 years of investment experience, including spearheading the Climate Impact Pledge and launching the Future World Fund in 2016 which grew in assets to over $6 billion in three years and now sits at $80 billion. As a COP26 UN High Level Champion for Climate Action, she led many Race to Zero campaigns within the finance sector.

Felix leads the research and programs team. He was previously Director, Sustainability Impact and Research at Generation Investment Management.
