Vi supports the development of Arc’s Knowledge Centre, curating and developing materials for stakeholders to make climate-aligned financing decisions. Before her Master's in climate change science and policy, she was an activist, empowering young people to take climate action.

Hasaanah is Arc’s Financial Institutions Lead, responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage financial institutions. With 10 years of experience spanning investment banking and sustainable finance, Hasaanah joins Arc from Boston Consulting Group, bringing deep expertise at the intersection of finance, sustainability, and strategy.

Jennifer is responsible for Arc's strategy linking corporate transitions to national transition planning with the aim of supporting enhanced climate policy action. With over 10 years' experience in the climate finance space, she has held roles at the Bank of England, Mark Carney's COP26 team and most recently at Barclays where she led its transition planning work. She brings to Arc her deep climate finance expertise and experience across strategy development and policymaking.

Max works on our data platform as a member of our Research team. He has a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and has worked on automation processes in the recruitment sector.

Louisa leads data innovation for Climate Arc, driving strategic alignment and enabling comparability. She has worked in different areas of digital infrastructure for the Paris Agreement for the past five years and before that worked with biodiversity and other technical data.

Ben works in our research team. He has an Integrated Masters Degree in Computer Science tailored towards data and finance and is trained in data engineering.

Owen is responsible for building and delivering Arc’s Research and Program activities, as well as forging key internal and external partnerships. Previously he was Assistant Director of Chatham House’s Environment and Society Centre.

Mark is responsible for cloud infrastructure, build and deployment pipelines and building an API for third parties. He has worked in the computer games and railway industries as a backend Java developer and more recently as a cloud infrastructure/DevOps Engineer.

Emily works in Arc's research team helping to map the climate finance ecosystem. She has previously worked in corporate sustainability in the consumer goods sector and has additional experience in finance.

Rachel works in Arc's Research Team and holds a PhD in atmospheric modelling and climate science. She previously worked with asset managers to integrate climate considerations into their investment strategies.

Arun works on our data program in our Research team. He has a Master’s degree in Physics and Astronomy, and completed an intensive training course in software and data engineering.

Sara provides administrative support to the Director of Research & Program, Felix Preston. She has 18 years’ experience working as a senior EA in various sectors, including management consultancy and FinTech.  

Łukasz is responsible for platform strategy and architecture. After building a number of analytical platforms in the financial services industry he spent some time working on green software and sustainable digital services before joining Arc.

Federico is developing Arc’s portfolio of grants and partnerships. He has spent the last 10+ years leading innovative projects to mobilize private capital towards nature and climate solutions in emerging countries. Previously he worked at the Ocean Risk and Resilience Action Alliance, and Climate Policy Initiative.

Cat develops and manages Arc's grantmaking and partnerships portfolio. She has 19 years of experience with some of the UK's largest funders, with a focus on strategy and continuous improvement.

Stanley is a member of our Research team, working on our data platform. He has recently worked as a developer in the insurance sector and has an Integrated Master's Degree in Chemistry.

Sohyeon develops and manages grants and partnerships in Asia. She is a climate and carbon markets specialist with extensive regional experience, contributing to corporate standards and policy frameworks that support net-zero transitions and high-integrity carbon markets.

Noemi works in Arc's research team helping to map the climate finance ecosystem and developing analytics. Previously she worked for Morningstar Sustainalytics' Sustainability Research Team.

Diar works to strengthen our impact work by designing and implementing monitoring, evaluation and learning systems and tools. He has seven years of professional experience in international development including at Save the Children, USAID, Dexis Consulting Group and the World Bank.

Felipe leads the development of Arc's data solutions and platforms. He has been working on machine learning, data and software engineering for 12 years in multiple industries.

Laura works in Arc’s research team where she focuses on the delivery of robust, credible assessments of food and agriculture companies. Previously she was a Senior Research Fellow in Chatham House’s Environment and Society Centre.

Megan supports Arc’s engagement with financial institutions by gathering feedback and helping shape tools and resources developed in collaboration with partners. Before joining Arc, she organized capacity-building initiatives at the Climate Bonds Initiative to increase thematic-labeled bond issuance, and brings additional experience in food sustainability, strategy development, and multilingual communication (English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Egyptian Arabic).
