Kaye is responsible for all things that traditionally fall under the HR umbrella. Kaye’s background spans HR, operations and program management with 15 years’ experience in NGOs including the last six of those in the climate finance space.

Lauren Gibbons

At Climate Arc Lauren is responsible for the people processes including payroll and managing onboarding. Previous to this Lauren worked at CBI in a similar role looking after the people of the organisation.  She is currently studying towards her Level 7 CIPD HR Diploma.

Sarah is responsible for Learning and Development at Climate Arc, partnering with the organisation to deliver our Learning Strategy. With 10+ years in the field in private and not-for-profit sectors; Sarah is focused on a data-driven approach to learning that empowers performance.
