With a background spanning engineering, technology, and non-profits, he brings over 20 years of experience scaling impact-focused organisations. Richard previously served as CEO of Charity Digital and most recently led operations at Enthuse, a SaaS platform supporting 4,000+ charities.

Harry focuses on change and internal projects at Arc. He has a background in consulting, supporting businesses achieve their strategic objectives and enhance operational efficiencies.

Eleonora supports Arc's strategic initiatives, from product go to market, to international expansion. She brings to the team 15-year track record in bridging strategy and execution, driving organisational growth, and product-go-to-market in venture-backed tech companies.

Olivia provides one-to-one support to Chief Executive Meryam Omi. She has eight years’ experience of high-level support within corporate finance and management consultancy.
