Honore helps the Arc team with its operational and administrative needs. She has worked in executive search within asset management, and before her studies, she held roles in the charity sector in Nepal.

Emma helps to drive research and analysis to optimize the efficiency of Arc’s operations. Her previous experience spans program operations and partnerships at social impact organizations including Amnesty International and Open Society Foundations.

Harry focuses on change and internal projects at Arc. He has a background in consulting, supporting businesses achieve their strategic objectives and enhance operational efficiencies.

Julie supports the team with their administrative needs. She has spent a large part of her career in the financial industry.

Sara provides administrative support to the Director of Research & Program, Felix Preston. She has 18 years’ experience working as a senior EA in various sectors, including management consultancy and FinTech.  

Rosemary supports operational growth at Arc to ensure that change, development and impact run smoothly. She has a background in both the public and private sectors, from financial services to education.

Elaine is responsible for directing the development and implementation of financial plans, ensuring accurate reporting, managing internal controls and fostering business partnerships. With a rich background in financial administration, accounting and control, she brings extensive experience across various industries, including nonprofit, investment and energy sectors.
