Bill has over 25 years of experience in the sustainable technology sector within domestic and international companies spanning corporate leadership, sales, strategy, and marketing. As a business leader, he has led global teams launching new products and expanding revenue in over 70 countries. Bill has served globally as an executive leader for startups and market leading enterprises in the ag-tech, clean-tech, and high-tech sectors. Most recently, he was the CEO of Signify’s Agricultural Lighting division and is currently Chief Executive Officer of Forever Oceans.  

Meryam has over 16 years of investment experience, including spearheading the Climate Impact Pledge and launching the Future World Fund in 2016 which grew in assets to over $6 billion in three years and now sits at $80 billion. As a COP26 UN High Level Champion for Climate Action, she led many Race to Zero campaigns within the finance sector.

Darlene brings over 25 years’ experience as a senior adviser to philanthropic investors, while guiding social ventures from start-up to scale. She is founder of a global social impact fund, serves as a non-executive director for a clean energy and water nonprofit, and has held foundation and corporate responsibility leadership roles.

Emma has had an extensive career in financial services at the forefront of the climate change, environmental and sustainable finance agendas. As our Chair she will steer the development of Arc as an inclusive, well-governed and impactful organization.
