Diar works to strengthen our impact work by designing and implementing monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning systems and tools. He has seven years of professional experience in international development including at Save the Children, USAID, Dexis Consulting Group and the World Bank.

Paola leads our data and impact workstreams, responsible for corporate climate data deliverables as well as tracking Arc's key impact metrics. Paola studied physics and has been working with data reporting for 12 years.
