Federico is developing Arc’s portfolio of grants and partnerships. He has spent the last 10+ years leading innovative projects to mobilize private capital towards nature and climate solutions in emerging countries. Previously he worked at the Ocean Risk and Resilience Action Alliance, and Climate Policy Initiative.

Cat develops and manages Arc's grantmaking and partnerships portfolio. She has 19 years of experience with some of the UK's largest funders, with a focus on strategy and continuous improvement.

Olly manages Arc's key partnerships and fundraising. He has experience of overseeing strategic partnerships for think tanks and in the private sector. In a previous role he led on major and influential convening projects in the lead up to COP26.

Carlota works to structure and manage Arc's grantmaking activities and build partnerships with grantees, present and future. She previously worked in the international development and humanitarian space, helping organizations strengthen and scale grant, evaluation and learning.

Joel helps manage and grow Arc's reach through managing important relationships with US donors and partners. He has previously worked on climate policy and data with NGOs and the technology sector.

Ciara provides administrative support to our Director of Partnerships Marta Guglielmetti. She has over 12 years of high-level experience within a number of different sectors including management consultancy and telecommunications.
